Welcome to ZamoraxPay. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.

1. About the Service

ZamoraxPay is owned and operated by Zamorax Enterprises Limited (RC9678731), Apete, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. It is an online platform for buying airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens and examination PINs using a prepaid wallet.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your login details and transaction PIN private, and for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has gained access.

3. Wallet and Funding

You can fund your wallet through our payment processor, Korapay. A payment gateway charge may apply to wallet funding, and it is shown to you before you confirm payment. Wallet balances cannot be transferred to other users. Unless the law requires otherwise, or we agree otherwise in writing, wallet balances are not refundable to your bank account.

4. Purchases

All purchases depend on successful delivery by our upstream service providers. If a purchase fails after every available provider has been tried, the amount debited is refunded to your wallet automatically.

Please check the recipient phone number, meter number or smartcard number carefully before you confirm. We cannot reverse a purchase that was delivered successfully to the details you entered.

5. Rewards and Promotions

ZamoraxPay may offer cashback, referral bonuses, daily streak rewards, spins and vouchers. Rewards have no cash value outside the platform, may carry expiry dates, and can be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. We may cancel rewards earned through abuse, duplicate accounts or fraud.

6. Reseller and Wholesale Tier

You may apply to upgrade to a reseller tier for wholesale pricing. This requires payment of the applicable upgrade fee and, where needed, identity verification using your BVN. We may change wholesale pricing, limits and verification rules at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • use ZamoraxPay for any unlawful purpose;
  • commit or attempt fraud;
  • get around our security or fraud-prevention measures;
  • use another person's payment method without their permission; or
  • create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or promotions.

8. Fees

Any convenience fee on utility, cable or other bill payments is shown to you before you confirm each transaction.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is involved in fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms. Where possible, we will tell you why. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZamoraxPay is not liable for delays or failures caused by payment processors, VTU and billing aggregators, network operators or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using ZamoraxPay after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
